Heavy Duty Helical Cutter Head for Powermatic 201HH 22-inch Planer

Heavy duty helical cutterhead for Powermatic 201HH 22" planer is installed with 52 carbide inserts at sizes of 30x12x1.5mm. The inserts are securely clamped in the pockets with wedges, which allows heavy cutting up to 8 to 10mm one pass. Our unique design put all the carbide inserts at a slight angle to the feeding, which generates a shear cut. Each insert has two cutting edges. All four corners are slightly chamfered, which helps to eliminate cutting lines. The inserts are precision ground to a very high standard for best interchangeability.
