Sheartak Tools

Sueri Alfredo Spa was established by Alfredo Sueri in Carpi, Italy. Over the years, it became known for producing woodworking machinery, such as sliding table saws, milling machines, surface planers, and thickness planers.

The company expanded in 1990s when it took over CB, another manufacturer, and merged the production operations in Carpi. This was part of a broader strategy to consolidate its manufacturing operations.

SAC, the parent company, acquired the Italian manufacturer Lazzari, which was particularly known for its sliding table saws in 2001. This acquisition expanded the company’s portfolio of brands and machinery offerings. At this point, the Sueri Group included the SAC, CB, and Lazzari brands.

Unfortunately, the company went bankrupt in 2014 and no subsequent company or entity is known to have continued its operations.

Sheartak proudly manufactures helical cutterheads designed to retrofit high-quality planers and jointers, such as the RS53, RS630S, FS530, and others.
