Prices
Please select the currency, US Dollar, Canadian Dollars at the left top corner before you browse our website. All the prices in the websites are FOB Waterloo, Ontario or quoted ship point. Shipping cost varies with cubic volumes and/or weight of your order and is not included in the prices.
We try to maintain lean margins in order to be competitive. But the costs of our products are mainly affected by the cost of steel and other materials, tariffs. We reserve the right to change prices, modify specifications without prior notices.
Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International shipments may be subject to import duties, tariffs, taxes, and customs brokerage fees when crossing country borders. These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and vary based on the product type, declared value, and local regulations. It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of and pay any such fees.
Please note that Sheartak does not collect or control customs duties or import taxes for international orders. Sheartak charges transportation costs only for international shipments.

Delivery
We ship through FedEx, UPS, Canada post and/or contractor trucking companies. We are not liable for additional shipping costs charged by the carrier if the customer provides incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Take pictures and report any damage immediately upon your receipt of your order. Keep the shipping packages for damage claim. Missing items must be reported within 30 days after your receipt of your order.
Safety
All products must be used in a safe manner to avoid any injury or even death. Do not exceed maximum rotation speed, feed speed and/or cutting depth ratings and other safe limits. Cutting dusts from sanding, planning, grinding, turning, milling, drilling etc. are potentially hazardous. Use adequate caution and wear OSHA approved gears to avoid direct contact and from breathing coolant mist and dust. Wash hands after work. Dispose of waste materials and coolant according to governmental regulations.
