Order Cancellation Policy – Sheartak Tools

If you wish to cancel your order, you must send a written request to sales@sheartak.com.
Cancellations can only be made before the order has been shipped. Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carrier, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and must follow our Return Policy.

Important Notes:

  • Cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.
    However, if the order has already entered processing or fulfillment, cancellation may still be subject to applicable fees or may no longer be possible.
  • We do not accept cancellation requests by phone or live chat. All requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-cancellable once production has begun.

Refund Terms:

  • A non-refundable fee of approximately 4–6% will be deducted from your refund to cover non-refundable banking and transaction charges imposed by financial institutions. The exact percentage depends on the payment method used. Original payment processing fees are non-refundable and will not be returned under any circumstances, including order cancellation.
  • The remaining balance will be refunded to your original payment method (e.g., credit card or PayPal).
  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.
  • By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Sheartak Tools is not liable for any fees, delays, or deductions imposed by your financial institution.
