Return Policy

Summary

  • 30-day return period (authorization required)
  • Minimum 20% restocking fee on non-defective returns
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, email sales@sheartak.com to obtain a Return Authorization Code (RA Code) and instructions.

  • Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization
  • The RA Code must be clearly visible on the package
  • Approved returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorization
  • Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at the sender’s expense

Non-Defective Returns

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • All parts and accessories must be included
  • Customer may use any courier
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs

Inspection, Fees and Deductions

All returns are subject to inspection and final approval.

  • Inspection will be completed within 5 business days of receipt
  • Approved refunds will be issued minus:
    • Original shipping charges (non-refundable)
    • A 20% restocking fee
    • Any additional costs incurred (e.g., brokerage, duties, taxes)

Additional deductions may apply if items are used, damaged, or incomplete.

If repair or reconditioning is required, processing time may increase and associated costs will be deducted.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (credit card or PayPal).

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will cover return shipping costs.

Upon inspection, if the issue is confirmed, we will either:

  • Provide a replacement at no charge, or
  • Issue a full refund

If the issue is determined to result from improper installation, misuse, or handling, the customer will be responsible for repair or replacement costs, as well as shipping and any applicable duties.

Custom and Made-to-Order Products

Custom-sized and made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective.

All specifications are reviewed and approved prior to production.
