Spiral Moulder Head

This spiral moulder cutterheads are installed with square carbide inserts with round edges. The inserts are angled to the feeding along the helical grooves, which generates shear-cut and leaves smoother surface finish than the cutterheads which have carbide inserts squrely installed to the feeding.
