Most feature spiral or helical cutter head designs with premium carbide inserts, which outperform traditional straight knife systems in both finish and longevity.

Helical Design:
Our helical moulder heads minimize tear-out and ensure a smooth finish across hardwoods, softwoods, and composite materials. The angled knife placement delivers a true shear cut for better results and quieter operation.

Carbide Inserts:
Equipped with replaceable carbide inserts, each moulder cutterhead is built for long-term use with minimal maintenance. Indexed inserts offer four cutting edges per knife—simply rotate to extend the cutterhead’s life and performance.
